Young red ecological wine manually harvested and fermented in stainless steel tank with grapes typical of the territory (the only place in Spain where Picapoll is raised). Here we have a full of personality red wine, soft, elegant and with an enormous quality. The blend chosen for this wine is made with Merlot, Grenache and Picapoll Black. Our wine Dotze Pla de Bages, has been produced and directed by Josep M. Claret, owner of Celler el Molí (Collbaix).
A tasty wine with good structure on the palate, expressive, with round tannins and nice entrance of sweet cherry plus a delicious cocoa elegant finish. On the nose, aromas of cherry, cocoa, orange peel, green almond and hints of star anise, vanilla and toffee. Ruby color with medium intensity.
